Philosophy

Every face carries a story. My job isn't to manufacture that story — it's to create the conditions where it surfaces naturally.

I favor shallow depth of field and close framing, drawing the viewer into an intimate space with the subject. The background falls away; what remains is pure human presence.

Process

Sessions begin with conversation, not cameras. Understanding who someone is before you photograph them changes everything about how you see them.

I shoot with minimal direction, preferring to capture authentic moments rather than posed perfection. The best portraits happen when people forget the camera is there.
